This class is a level up from Beginners with young adults/adults coming twice a week. On Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6pm you will start to engage in more working out and boxing drills. Learning and applying specific techniques that prepare you for the ring or to be in fighting shape. More is expected from this class and they will be pushed mentally and physically. Training on the Boxing side only no gym equipment.
First payment to get started is $260 (first month and last month payment and required one hour personal)
